Aerospace/Aviation Assembly (AAA) Train-the-Trainer

Space Coast ADTC’s ASTM International NCATT Aerospace/Aviation Assembler (ASTM NCATT AAA) train-the-trainer course consists of both function-specific skills instruction and insight and methods for teaching these skills to others. SpaceTEC’s Master Trainer will lead attendees through the skills and practical exercises required for assembly work in Aerospace and Aviation (and other) industry sectors.  The training encompasses fourteen skill areas (see “What You’ll Learn” below).

Attendees will be assigned coursework in Space Coast ADTC’s Learning Management System and lab exercises at Space Coast ADTC’s Titusville location, ensuring they not only have the knowledge of what is required in the exam, but also the applied practical skills students need to know.

Upon completion, attendees will be offered the opportunity to test for the credential.

ASTM NCATT AAA certification attests an individual possesses the competencies and skills in aerospace and aircraft assembly.  The ASTM NCATT AAA standard was developed using ASTM International’s rigorous Consensus Standards evaluation process to ensure uniformity with industry best practices. Those receiving the certification demonstrate not only the technical aspects of Aerospace/Aircraft Assembly, but also knowledge of safety protocols, quality control and regulatory compliance.
