Aerospace/Aviation Assembly (AAA) Train-the-Trainer

Space Coast ADTC’s 40-hour 5-day ASTM International NCATT Aerospace/Aviation Assembler certification train-the-trainer course consists of both function-specific skills instruction and insight and methods for teaching these skills to others. SpaceTEC’s Master Trainer will lead a course that focuses on the skills and practical exercises tailored to the Aerospace and Aviation Assembly industry sectors.  The training will encompass fourteen skill areas (see “What You’ll Learn” below).

Upon completion  of the training, attendees will be knowledgeable of the requirements for successfully passing the ASTM International NCATT Aerospace/Aviation Assembler certification.

Attendees will review coursework in a virtual LMS environment and perform lab exercises mirroring what would be taught in AAA labs, ensuring they receive the knowledge of what is required in the exam, including the applied practical skills students are required to know.

The ASTM International NCATT Aerospace/Aircraft Assembly (ASTM AAA) certification serves as a specialized credential attesting to the competencies and skills of technicians in the aerospace and aircraft assembly industrial sectors.  The ASTM AAA standard was developed using ASTM International’s rigorous Consensus Standards evaluation process to ensure uniformity with industry best practices.  Through ASTM AAA certification, those receiving the certification demonstrate not only the technical aspects of the certification, but also knowledge of safety protocols, quality control and regulatory compliance.
