About the Aerospace and Defense Training Center

The Aerospace and Defense Training Center (ADTC) is proud to serve the thriving aerospace and defense industry right here on Florida’s Space Coast. We are a 501(C)(3) program designed to help companies solve their workforce challenges on the Space Coast. Our mission is to equip today’s workforce with the manufacturing skills needed to succeed through a combination of classroom learning and hands-on training—all delivered in an accelerated format to get you career-ready faster.

Every class leads to both practical and knowledge-based examinations, along with opportunities to earn certifications that meet industry standards. Beyond the classroom, we’re passionate about connecting with the community. Through competitions and workshops, we aim to raise awareness and inspire the next generation of industrial professionals.

Whether you’re starting your career, upskilling for new opportunities, or exploring the aerospace field for the first time, the ADTC is here to help you soar.
